Our services
SEORegex provides SEO and marketing services under separate engagement letters. The content on this site describes our services in general terms and is not a binding offer. Specific deliverables, fees, and success metrics are defined in your engagement letter.
Guarantee
Our 90-day guarantee is defined in your engagement letter. In short: if you don't see measurable lift in calls or forms within 90 days of your first month, we'll work the next month free. The specific metrics, baselines, and measurement methods are agreed in writing before work begins.
No warranty on third-party platforms
We do not control Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or other third-party platforms. We cannot guarantee specific rankings, citations, or traffic outcomes. What we can guarantee is the work described in your engagement letter and the transparency of our reporting.
Intellectual property
Content on this site is owned by SEORegex unless otherwise stated. Content we produce on your behalf during an engagement is owned by you upon payment in full, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SEORegex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by local law.
